| In the unlikely event that part or all of your items arrives damaged
during shipping, contact us and we will advise you on how to file a claim with the shipping
carrier. All of our items leave our possesion checked and double checked. If you decide to
return the item to us, we will not be responsible for any lost packages that did not have
insurance on it. We will how ever hold the item til the shipping insurance claim is settled and
then ship you a new item. QualityLingerie.Net Lingerie Super Store does not accept returns for refund or exchange under
any other circumstances unless the item has a manufacturer defect and we are notified within 5 days from the shipping date. |
